Residential
The All Area Landscaping maintenance division specializes in keeping your yard looking great and prolonging the enjoyment of your investment by customizing service to meet your needs and budget. Once service is established, you will have a point of contact with a foreman who will make sure that everything is done to your expectations.
Commercial
We offer all types of commercial services from blowing parking lots to mowing fields. Our commercial maintenance team services business parks, supermarkets, multi-family homes, and large commercial real estate. We work together with property management companies and real estate agents to identify any issues that may arise on the premises.
Spot Maintenance
Our spot maintenance service enables clients to address specific needs in their landscape without committing to a weekly or biweekly service plan. At All Area Landscaping, we offer quarterly and one-time services which include hauling, tree and bush pruning, planting, irrigation, fertilizing, and leaf litter clean up. We also work with real estate agents to clean and stage properties before a showing, and with homeowners to prepare for parties and private events. We are able to work alongside your current team to provide the necessary services to make your landscape look its best.

Irrigation
Commercial / Residential
Our irrigation division specializes directly in custom irrigation design. When we meet with clients, we go over the needs of their landscape, park, or agriculture farm and determine the amount of water available then design a system that suits the needs of the plants and the client. We are Rain Bird Certified Factory Technicians and have special knowledge in hydraulics, variable speed pumps, water storage, drip irrigation, and irrigation design. We can determine exactly how much water is necessary for the system and how much water each station will use.
